L\u00f8nn avtales mellom arbeidsgiver og arbeidstaker som en del av <a href=\"https:\/\/melo.no\/en\/juridisk-innsikt\/arbeidsrett\/krav-til-skriftlig-arbeidsavtale\/\">den skriftlige arbeidsavtalen<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Selv om det ikke er noen generell minstel\u00f8nn i Norge, er det i enkelte bransjer innf\u00f8rt minstel\u00f8nn.<\/p>\n<p>Eventuelle tillegg for ubekvem arbeidstid p\u00e5 kveld, natt, s\u00f8ndager og helligdagsarbeid skal avtales mellom arbeidsgiver og arbeidstaker. Arbeidstakere har likevel rett til l\u00f8nn for 1. og 17. mai, if\u00f8lge\u00a0Lov om 1. og 17. mai som h\u00f8gtidsdager. Arbeidstakere har ogs\u00e5 rett til overtidstillegg.<\/p>\n<h2>Tariffavtale<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>Mange virksomheter har inng\u00e5tt tariffavtaler. Tariffavtaler er avtaler om l\u00f8nn og andre rettigheter mellom arbeidsgiver- og arbeidstakerforeningene.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"L\u00f8nnsslipp\" class=\"header-anchor\">L\u00f8nnsslipp<\/h2>\n<p>Ved utbetaling av l\u00f8nn skal arbeidsgiver gi den ansatte l\u00f8nnsslipp som beskriver l\u00f8nn, skattetrekk og eventuelt andre fratrekk.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"N\u00e5rutbetalesl\u00f8nnen?\" class=\"header-anchor\">N\u00e5r skal l\u00f8nn utbetales?<\/h2>\n<p>Hvis ikke annet er avtalt, skal det foretas l\u00f8nnsutbetaling minst to ganger i m\u00e5neden. I Norge er det vanlig at det avtales l\u00f8nnsutbetaling \u00e9n gang i m\u00e5neden. Tidspunktet for l\u00f8nnsutbetaling skal st\u00e5\u00a0i arbeidsavtalen.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"Prestasjonsl\u00f8nnogakkord\" class=\"header-anchor\">Prestasjonsl\u00f8nn og akkord<\/h2>\n<p>Prestasjonsl\u00f8nn eller akkord er l\u00f8nn basert p\u00e5 resultater. Dette brukes ofte innenfor salg hvor selgeren f\u00e5r en viss sum per solgte enhet.
