Etter at det ene eierselskapet fikk \u00f8konomiske vanskeligheter, innl\u00f8ste den opprinnelige aksjeeieren i dette selskapet en del av sine aksjer, samtidig som tre nye aksjeeiere tegnet seg ved nytegning av aksjer. Den opprinnelige aksjeeieren ble sittende igjen med en tredjedel av aksjene i selskapet.<\/p>\n<p>Eieren av den andre eiendommen mente forkj\u00f8psretten med dette var utl\u00f8st og krevde \u00e5 overta den aktuelle eiendommen.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00f8yesterett kom til at endringen ikke var tilstrekkelig til \u00e5 utl\u00f8se forkj\u00f8psretten.
