Den kan ogs\u00e5 liste opp arbeidsoppgaver, samt organisasjonsmessig plassering av stillingen. Stillingsinstruksen bidrar i s\u00e5 m\u00e5te til \u00e5 utfylle arbeidsavtalen.<\/p>\n<p>Det stilles ingen formelle krav til stillingsinstruksen, men det er en fordel at det fremg\u00e5r tydelig at den ansatte er gjort kjent med stillingsinstruksen, f. eks. ved p\u00e5tegning.<\/p>\n<p>Det er for \u00f8vrig flere fordeler forbundet med bruk av stillingsinstrukser:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Begge parter f\u00e5r klare rammer \u00e5 forholde seg til: For arbeidstaker vil en stillingsinstruks klargj\u00f8re arbeidsoppgavene, samt hva som forventes av ham eller henne. For arbeidsgiver kan stillingsinstruksen v\u00e6re et nyttig verkt\u00f8y for \u00e5 organisere, samordne og fordele ansvar og oppgaver mellom arbeidstakerne i bedriften.<\/li>\n<li>Det er lettere for arbeidsgiver \u00e5 stille krav til resultater: N\u00e5r arbeidstaker har klart for seg hva som forventes, vil det ogs\u00e5 bli lettere for arbeidsgiver \u00e5 stille krav til resultater. Stillingsinstruksen kan ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re et godt utgangspunkt for evaluering i medarbeidersamtaler.<\/li>\n<li>Det er lettere for arbeidsgiver \u00e5 vurdere om det kan gj\u00f8res endringer i arbeidsoppgavene: Utgangspunktet er at arbeidsgiver kan foreta endringer av arbeidsoppgavene s\u00e5 lenge det er innenfor rammen av arbeidsforholdet.
