Det ble fastsatt i en nylig avsagt dom fra H\u00f8yesterett.<\/p>\n<p>Gjennom et skadedyrfirma hadde selgerne rettet mangelen. Ut fra firmaets rapporter og de metoder som var brukt, m\u00e5tte det legges til grunn at boligen var blitt fri for skjeggkre. Det var ikke \u00abgodtgjort\u00bb noe verdifall som f\u00f8lge av risikoen for at bestanden tar seg opp igjen, jf. avhendingsloven \u00a7 4-12 andre ledd. Det var da ikke grunnlag for prisavslag for noe s\u00e5kalt restlyte.<\/p>\n<p>Kj\u00f8perne kunne heller ikke kreve prisavslag for de midlertidige bruksulempene de hadde hatt som f\u00f8lge av selgernes retting. Bekjempelsen av skjeggkreene hadde skjedd innen rimelig tid og uten urimelig ulempe for kj\u00f8perne, slik avhendingsloven \u00a7 4-10 f\u00f8rste og tredje ledd krever.
