We have yet to have the pleasure of meeting a client who wishes to appear in court. On the contrary, their objective is to avoid ending up there. We could not agree more. That is why we do our utmost to work preventively. Our efforts are concentrated on reducing and not escalating the level of conflict. We strive to resolve the matter as quickly and efficiently as possible, not prolong it. We are genuinely concerned that there must be proportionality between the use of resources and the case, and the significance of the dispute in question.
